2. We reserve the right to cancel orders and provide full refunds at our discretion without incurring additional liabilities.
3. Any promotional offers including discount codes and special offers are valid for retail customers only. We reserve the right to reject or limit offers for large quantities or for business purposes.
4. We reserve the right to reject or reduce your order of any product for any reason, including if the requested product is not available or if there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the website.
5. All data, text, software, images, graphics, trademarks, logos, interfaces and photographs are owned by us. We do not grant use of any of this content except for viewing purposes.
6. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the access of any user without notice for any reason.
7. Once your order is confirmed it will be processed immediately, therefore you cannot make any changes anymore. In case you'd like to make additional orders you may place another order and put a note that it is an additional and please send us a message about it.
8. In case you are not available to receive your orders on the time of delivery please send us a message ahead of time. Otherwise, we will try to contact you on the phone number provided to ask for authority to leave. If you have selected to give us authority to leave, we will leave your order unattended at your nominated area at the delivery address or such other area which we determine is suitable for delivery at the time and we will not be liable for any loss or damages of the products. Once the products left our safe keeping it is already your responsibility.
If we cannot contact you or cannot locate the delivery address, your order will be returned at our shop and you may choose to pick up or pay for another delivery fee. If your orders have breads and perishable food items we will not be liable for any decrease on the quality of the food items and will not offer refunds or exchanges of products.
9. Items may at times be out of stock or temporarily unavailable. For orders that we receive manually through text or private messages, you have the option to allow substitutions for each item. If you have allowed substitutions, we will endeavor to replace the out of stock item with a similar item. Substituted items will show on your final invoice which will be given/emailed to you when your order has been picked.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
At FILOKART, we take pride in delivering the highest quality and freshest products. Our team have been trained to quality check everything they pick so you can be confident that you won't get anything that you wouldn't pick yourself.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the products we deliver for any reason, we will more than happily refund the value of the product or you may return and exchange the product by bringing it to our place within 3 days or you may set an agreement with us that you want to return and exchange the product on your next order and delivery date.

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery. We give refunds as soon as possible and if the reason of refund is our fault and error. Any refunds will be made to the original method of payment. If you have complains on the products that we deliver, we may ask for photos of items with quality concerns. This will help us improve our service to you.
We will not provide a refund or return where you have changed your mind about products purchased.
